Auto shop continues to operate outside of the permitted hours of operation (8am to 7pm) per an agreement from May 2021 with Patrick Bears from the city attorney's office. In addition to still working at 8pm a vehicle is illegally parked outside the business on a red zone on Shattuck Avenue.

There are chickens and a rooster on this property. On the corner or the one right next to it.

I believe there may have been a cockfight two weeks ago as well. Rooster(s) crowing from daybreak for several hours. Public nuisance. Family has not been able to sleep, imagine neighbors can’t sleep either.

Auto shop is prohibited per an agreement from May of 2021 from operating after 7pm. It is 7 50 pm. There are bright floodlights and noise from auto work. This is happening on a frequent basis.

At driveway on Independent rd. a vehicle is blocking my driveway.

On 9/25/21 (Saturday morning) at 7:30 am, Bombera’s construction company began sawing, demoing, and removing concrete in front of the restaurant with heavy equipment. There are many residential neighbors by Bombera, including an apartment building 15 feet away. On weekends, it is a violation of OMC 17.120 to start very loud construction noise before 9:00 am. Even after 9:00 am, the maximum decibels allowed is 65 db. According to City construction equipment noise emissions ("Environmental Setting, Impacts, Standard Conditions of Approval, and Mitigation Measures" document) jackhammering produces 88 db of sound at 50 feet away. Bombera's construction company used concrete saws and hydraulic breaker hammers for over 1 hour, which emit more noise than jackhammers. This is a clear violation of the law, yet Bombera's owners are not held accountable. Why would Bombera do this so early on a Saturday morning? The answer is simple. They wanted the work done before the restaurant opened for brunch that day. This is part of a pattern of misconduct and disrespect Bombera owners show their neighbors.

Gogi Time continues to play loud outdoor music way past 10pm. The music can be heard for blocks. They are playing music via a large speaker system used on their outdoor patio.

Truck is double parked on Shattuck Ave. causing near accidents with cars honking causing noise at 1:00 AM. One car is blocking access to 62nd St. The smaller orange car is parked in a red zone. This auto shop is abusing when to conduct business and is using public property at it's own dispense for illegal parking/blocking.
