Last night the house shook from the plow driver, running into our stones in front of our house. Multiple stones have been displaced.

386 Tuckerman to 414 Tuckerman Ave have swales that have not been maintained. They have become lawns. It doesn’t take much rain for the water to pool and eventually pour down our yards across the street. My picture is a snapshot of a video in which you can hear the water gushing out from a drain pipe and going across Tuckerman to my yard. Much money was spent to add the Swales, pipes and drainage and nothing is done to maintain them. Our properties across the street are absorbing the cost and the extra water that is damaging our property but also the drain we’ve installed to prevent flooding, is filled with debris the water brings with it!

Since 1964 the drainage system has not handled run off from neighboring properties flooding some finished basements. The latest failed plan in 2000 is being reviewed by an outside source. Who is this outside source? It was amazing to see Warren H. and Robert H. expressions as they looked at the failed project - however six weeks later they don't have an update for the neighborhood.

We've had a continuous drainage issue with the swale in front of our house at 4 Julia Court. I believe this is due to the fact that the grading for the swale isn't right. We would appreciate if the town can do something to address this as standing water is a health issue.

Could Middleton please paint the yellow road dividers and white sidelines with a reflective paint so we can see at night? They are completely worn off. Especially on Paradise, Berkeley, Green End?

We live at the end of view Ave, so when the snow plow comes (last year) he plows the snow down the end of the road and to the far side of our driveway. I don’t have an issue with this but each time he also plowed all the stone we put down and then it becomes a muddy disaster when it melts and I have to then redistribute/add more stone. The only options I can think of is to have him not plow onto our driveway but then I don’t know where he would put it as there are hedges on both sides of the road, and if he plows the whole road to the end of our driveway we will never get out. Or I wanted to see if the town can pave the end of the driveway to keep it from being ruined every time it snows, then he can still plow like usu San without destroying our driveway every time? For reference in the picture, the driveway curves to the left, and to the right is a turn around. Let me know what you think or give me a call to discuss. Jeff Sevich 978 815 2832.

Great job on resurfacing Maple Ave and also sidewalk repair. Could we please NOT paint a line on it? It's 100% residential street and the lines give the impression it's a major thruway-its not! I think this will actually be a safer street with cars traveling slower.

After recent paving, the white stop line didn't get painted back on the road surface at the Newport/Renfrew intersection stop sign. Numerous times in recent weeks, cars coming west down Newport are not stopping at the intersection. Perhaps if the marker line was where it should be, it would encourage them to stop and notice cars coming north on Renfrew better. Thank you.
