Water is leaking through the ceiling, told landlord numerous times and he has yet to fix the issue. There is also dog urine leaking through my living room ceiling which has been brought to his attention many times with no resolutions.

when it rains , it's starting to rain on the back porch . it's starting to fall apart . damaging property.

This yard is adjacent to my driveway. There is also a boat full of water that in the past became stagnant and many mosquitos made it impossible for us to enter our car or sit on our deck. Please check this out.

This is not the first time she has came to fix this problem , She had somebody who didn’t know what where doing fix my roof & Yesterday when it started raining the same spot that was supposedly fixed was even worse actually . Not to mention there was a another start of a leak in a different part of the apartment . I have two children here as well to as to I’m cautious as to what exactly could happen . I just don’t want to be paying a slum lord and I would rather be safe then sorry as I’m a comparison to accepting this distraught things happening in a apartment that I pay for , 1500 at that . If you guys could send somebody as soon as possible to come give a look that’ll be amazing .
