    The limbs from the trees overhang the already narrow two-way street making it an accident waiting to happen. Either car on car or god-forbid a person walking down the street not seen.

    next to playful paws daycare on the bike path there is a wood utility pole that has been there since they redid the bike path laying up against their fence as well as all overgrowth that has been trimmed that needs to be removed as well as a ton of trash (RL)

    Cars fly up & down Elwell St. and this is basically the sidewalk area to not be walking in the street. Seems like the houses on either side of this overgrowth, do not want to take the initiative or responsibility of trimming it back & cleaning it up a little. Its near vz pole 3600.
