Description

Upper Park Blvd between Estates Dr and Monterey is extremely deteriorated. Dangerous to drive especially when towing a trailer and very dangerous for bicycles as both cars and bikes attempt to navigate patches of solid pavement, potholes and sinkholes or sections of shearing pavement. Don’t see this area on the three year paving plan but this section of roadway is beyond patching.
