Description

can't walk by capital rep during lunchtime hours without somebody hanging out asking for money - several folks hanging out drinking alcohol on benches under the parking garage

I agree. This is something APD should have the beat officer assist with.

I've seen the homeless actually make little camps in the area of benches under the parking garage.

It's been almost 4 years and this ticket wasn't picked up by any City agency so I'm going to guess there no one that wants to deal with it can the ticket be closed

Every time I complain I am told it is NOT against the law to panhandle. I wonder what word will address problem? Loitering?
