We need stop signs at the corner of Cottage and Livingston. There was another accident last night with broken metal, glass and plastic left strewn across the intersection. With four blocks of Livingston from Willow to Lawrence without stop lights or signage, speeding cars, motorcycles and three wheelers are an even bigger issue. Please re-evaluate the need for signage at this intersection. Near misses with blaring horns and screeching tires as well as speeders will not show up in the accident data that appears, from former requests, to be needed for improvements to be made. Thank you.
