Description
For about 8 months the new tenants constantly bang and have been doing renovations all day and night until about 11pm. Since they have put new flooring down and I don’t think there is a padding under which conceals sound because I can hear them talking. I can hear them walking around.
They have also been doing construction all day and night. It’s getting out of control.
