Description

Scott called to report that the streetlights at the intersection of Tucson Blvd. and Broadway Blvd are changing after 3 seconds. He stated there maybe something wrong with them because its changing too quickly. I advised I would make a note of this. I spoke with Vince the oncall Tech and he advised that it would be looked at Monday morning
