IPMC 308.1 Accumulation of rubbish or garbage. Exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage.
LCO 1141.25 Recreational vehicles shall not be parked or stored within a front yard; provided, such vehicle may be parked on a driveway for a period not exceeding forty-eight (48) hours within seven (7) consecutive days for the purpose of cleaning, maintenance, or preparation.
