Our records indicate that there have been previous cases brought to your attention by the building department regarding these matters.
We will get in communication with the homeowner in the next few days, should we not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we will proceed with issuing a new notice of violation to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to bring the property into compliance with the maintenance code.
