Description

3933 14th St. NW, upstairs apartments. The upstairs apartment area is a boarding house to which it is unknown if there is a DCRA license. The residential portion does not appear to have any sort of garbage cans visible or out for collection. Due to the number of people in the building the subjects dump their garbage in the public can in front of the building. Can a DPW inspector evaluate? And can DcRA check for licenses?
