Its like we are prisoners in our own homes. I have to move my car on street to prevent a ticket and hopefully I dont have any at the time during these times. I believe signage should be done by quadrants and then broken down in teams. For every change, they should have received an email so they would know to make these modifications in the signage. DC govt knew for a long time time the two clubs were gone and not returning before construction of the tennis courts.
