Thank you for the information. This will be reported to the Traffic Managment Team as well as CSPD. Both deal with parking related issues and handles issues such as this one. CSPD can monitor the area for issues like this and make that residents adhere to the no parking signs.

Below is the response from the City Traffic Engineer after talking
with our Legal department & the rest of the Traffic Management
Team:
After checking with our Legal Department and state law, it was determined that the truck in the picture is not parked illegally. State law, for example, prohibits parking within 20 feet of a cross walk, but without sidewalks and pedestrian ramps at the intersection, a cross doesn't exist. The
TMT recommended that we continue to monitor the intersection.
