Description

Around 6:30-7am there usually isn't much traffic here on Glenwood. But turning left onto women's club drive often takes forever. Like this morning it was just after 6:30 and there were several of us waiting for a while to turn left. But no traffic ever came from the westbound Glenwood sides. Can the delay be removed?
