I understand your issue.. These people are not walking along a road way.. Please re-read my post.. They are actually hanging out between the cars for extended periods of time and when they have any type of light or attention drawn on them they scatter or run so not to be seen. Cars at Perry's have been broken into and I know what these people are doing between the cars.. The evidence is visible when you walk by there.. The crack bags, condoms and or wrappers and the drug needle that have been run over in the street or are on the side walk.. Please do not under mind what is going on.. I have posted so many times on this site and have had to explain myself over and over again.. This is a big problem that WILL BE ADDRESSED with the business owner.. I am making every one aware that the drug house on Vandeusen has to stop there nonsense..

I wanted to update on this matter.. Last night a car of young people were pulled over by the KPD. they were going the wrong way on Vandeusen. It is a one way.. Then after the police leave, I could hear the regular crew and people walking past the cars on the public street that Perry's parks there. Now, I will remind you this is after 1AM in the morning..To take pics or describe the multiple amount of people who are causing the problems would put me and my family at risk and be too long of a list to describe. All I do know is the drug house up the street from me is hot with activity. Then the people who deal from there ride bikes and slap hands( to exchange drugs and money) with people and make drug buys in front of my house.. Day and Night.. Keeping my front light on, making a well known presence at all hours of the night, and making so many phone calls to the police that they know the sound of my voice is getting tired real fast. I know this is a problem through out Kingston.. This is why I am moving from Kingston in a year and leaving for good.. After all of these years. I have had enough of the Same ol stories... From the Mayor on down..

I am closing this matter since Perry's has been working diligently at cleaning up the drug activity near there property..
