Description

The light at Beckerle & Clapboard Ridge causes constant backup and congestion on Rt. 39. resulting in emissions from idling and fuel waste. A wait of 28 sec for no vehicles entering from Beckerle while 15-20 vehicles wait. Constantly, every day all day long! This light needs to be put back on a vehicle trip. Can't believe somebody would actually design it this way---RIDICULOUS!
