Description

The traffic light road sensors are not working at Hwy74 at Milam road. I drive to work at 3:30am every morning on hwy 74 north, and the light turns red with no other traffic in sight. When these road sensors are inop the lights default to a timer that changes color regardless of traffic conditions.
