Please provide a detailed description (color, make, model license plate number, and any missing parts or visible damages) for each of the vehicle(s) stated to be abandoned.
Please be advised that OPD has changed their business process for reporting abandoned vehicles. Effectively January 1, 2019, to report an abandoned vehicle, please click here: https://www.oaklandca.gov/services/oak311 and select Parking – Abandoned Vehicle. You may also download the OAK311 mobile app, which is now available in the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android.
If you are reporting a suspected stolen vehicle, or a vehicle is blocking your driveway and preventing you from entering or exiting, please contact the Oakland Police Non-Emergency line at 510-777-3333.
