Description
Bradley is a county road and the county does not care. Speeding is a serious problem and people - often people from the district that work in Bethesda - park in front of fire hydrants daily. On four occasions I told Monty Cty police officers about the parking in front of hydrants and nothing has ever been done. If you leave your car parked on the street after 7am, by 7:05 you'll be ticketed, but they ignore the safety issue of parking by hydrants. Some cars stay there for weeks. And speeding is a huge problem. Why is speeding enforcement so tight east of Wisconsin Ave. and NONE west of Wisconsin Ave where speeding is a far bigger problem? Does the county care more about the Chevy Chase Club?

I realize this is 9 months old, but I would assume nothing came of this post. SeeClickFix is just a third party website, and it's luck if somebody in a position to do anything happens to follow it. You should call 311 or visit http://www3.montgomerycountymd.gov/311/Home.aspx to report if the problems you describe persist.
Just my guess, the parking and speeding will probably need to be reported as two separate issues. Also, for the record, Bradley is a State road (Route 191), not a County road, but of course that doesn't affect enforcement of speeding or parking issues.
