the epidemic of vehicles not stopping at stop signs, speeding, blowing red lights is city wide.
this isn't just one stop sign, one street, one complaint.
until someone gets killed, nothing will be done.
that is the sad reality.
i have 4 stop signs in front of my house, and i haven't seen anyone stop at them in over 4 years. and why should they. its so hard to stop while you're talking on the phone.
It is just a matter of playing by the rules, isn't it. Just that much.
I am reminded by your comment to make sure I see all those rules applying to me.
