Please note, If the vehicle appears to be operable and is not wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection is expired then it is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being operable or appearing to be operable (i.e., no flat tires, no drive-train hanging under the car, etc) and having one expired sticker is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection have expired is a Junk Motor Vehicle.
