There are no restrictions that I am aware of regarding the height of bushes and shrubs in the Covenants of SPHOA.
Article VII-A, Section 1:
(k) Yards.
All yards of a dwelling shall be maintained so as to be an aesthetic asset to the dwelling.
(l) Maintenance of Lots.
No Owner of any Lot, either vacant or improved, shall permit such Lot to be unmaintained, and no weeds or grass shall be permitted upon any Lot in excess of
eight (8) inches in height.
