Description
There are empty shelves attached to the exterior wall of the former Small Wonder restaurant. They used to hold plants, when the business was open. However, they protrude several feet out into the sidewalk between 4-6 feet high. In the dark they are nearly impossible to see, now that they are empty of their previous contents. We and other people have almost caused ourselves harm walking into them at night.
