Description

The residents who live in this house are dumping their trash in front of their house and all around so that it blows around into other neighbors areas with no coverings and a Severely Potent Awful Smell that lingers about n into near by houses so bad that you cant even leave your windows open for fresh air. It is so bad and animals and rodents are being attracted to there house to feed. It's a serious health hazard problem that hopefully can be addressed by your Department As soon as possible. Thank you.
