Description

Pretty sure this is black mold. And if it's growing here, in the carports, I know it has spread inside the walls.
This is in the carports of building 3, of Carmel House Apartments.

Also, I've been requesting them to fix water damage in my apartment for months and they haven't come by to see the damage at all. That water damage might be a contributing factor and they're not addressing it. Please help.
