Description
There is a Red Ford Explorer with license plate number EXS 0637, Pennsylvania plates that has been sitting in the same place with flat tires for over four months. The tags expired on 3/11. I want this vehicle removed from the street. It's been here another month and nothing has been done about this.

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.
