    An asphalt dump truck (possibly related to the work on Roswell Rd) pulled into this green space to clean off their truck tearing up the grass and leaving behind asphalt waste.

    Before developing this home, the land from the basement door of 4855 Kitty Hawk would meet 4845 Kitty Hawk and drain toward the street. Since breaking ground and adding the silt fence, mud has collected and formed an elevated wall of dirt that sits higher than it had previously. During a rain the water flows over that elevated dirt, through the silt fence, and toward the basement of 4855 Kitty Hawk Dr. The natural draining of this area cannot occur. I am afraid that a significant amount of rain will eventually end up in the basement of the adjoining property if this build up is not addressed.

    Even with the slightest rain there is mud running into the street. Also the builder is allowing a significant amount of the gravel into the street.

    This property owner continues to care for the landscaping around the Piedmont Physicians building on Roswell Rd/Long Island Dr. while neglecting the portion on the property that borders Kitty Hawk Dr.

    I would expect that the entire property is addressed at the same time as opposed to the property owners waiting until complaints are made to take care of their responsibility.

    The eastern land bordering Kitty Hawk Dr. NE at the intersection of Long Island Dr. is not being maintained. I am assuming this land is either owned by the property owners at 4890 Roswell Road or the City of Sandy Springs. The property owners at 4890 did address the grass on Long Island but left the Kitty Hawk side overgrown.

    The Piedmont Physicians office building adjoining this property maintained this piece of land at Long Island Drive and Kitty Hawk Drive for years. I believe new ownership may have decided not to do so going forward. Could someone with the city investigate and having the rightful owner mow the grass.
