    Prudential Tunnel Massachusetts Turnpike, Boston, MA 02199, USA - Back Bay
    while heading Westbound through the Prudential Tunnel, Rt. 90W, as you get near the Tunnel exit, there are deep grooves ground into the pavement going diagonally across the roadway. these were from lane shifting line that were painted on the road, then ground up to remove them. when my car gets into the grooves, I can feel it sway and I have to adjust my steering to stay in my lane. I worry about a motorcycle getting caught in the grooves, and losing control. since it's still in the tunnel, they won't see the grooves, or have time to get ready for it. I reported this to the DOT, and they said they would tell the construction company about it. it's been almost 5 months, and nothing has been done. can this be fixed BEFORE someone gets killed? NOTE; there are other sections of the Mass Pike that have these grooves. but in the Prudential Tunnel it's extra dangerous due to poor visibility.

    grooves left in the roadway from grinding away the white lines from construction lane shift causes cars to swerve a little. if a motorcycle gets caught in one, it could loose control and crash.needs it be filled, smoothed, or repaved. this is west bound in the prudential tunnel. also east bound before the tunnel.

    Southbound rt99 in the underpass. this is a site of a constantly reoccurring pothole that has been reported as repaired, but it is not. please do not close this until it has been repaired and someone goes through to make sure it is done! this is a disgraceful entrance to the City of Boston!

    the repaving of the rt99 underpass has failed already.many potholes due to standing water. the debris on the other side of jersey barriers needs to be kept clean so storm drains can clear standing water and keep it from freezing. this is a very dangerous, ice covered road in the winter. all the salt doesn't help, either.

    the storm drains in the closed off right lanes, in the underpass, have not been maintained, causing water to back up across the road and freezing. when will someone be held accountable for the disgusting condition of this roadway leading into Boston?

    this area of rt9 is being repaved and has been milled down for weeks. the concrete base has multiple deep, sharp edged potholes in it. there have been multiple cars suffering flat tires, damaged rims, and even broken springs. the potholes have not been attempted to be filled.

    there is a dead, and rotting raccoon on top of the storm drain grate between 23 Fairbrook and 25 Fairbrook Rd. there are a lot of young children in the neighborhood and I'm concerned about it dieing from rabies. can someone pick it up and have it tested? thanks.

    ice forming on roadway for YEARS! Another accident in the underpass due to mismanagement of the roadways. there used to be 2 lanes each way, but due to water intrusion, the highway department never kept up on maintenance causing deterioration of the roadway. So after years of accidents, they just closed down 1lane each way. FIX THIS ROADWAY!
