    I'm not able to send pictures this time since it would be too many. On the west side of Jones Rd where there is no sidewalk, employees from the car dealers and others on a daily basis dump their garbage.

    And, as you said, staff will be investigated when time is available. Don't do it during the day, or you won't see the garage because cars are blocking it.

    Car Dealer, rental cars, and residents are storing their cars on Jones Rd. In order for the city to notice, visit this road after 7:30 pm on Friday and the weekend.

    In addition, if you don’t live off this street you will not see all the garbage on the west side , by BART and the transient people living in their cars in the evening.

    As a new resident to Walnut Creek I have a question about the homeless living in the creeks , begging for money in front of Starbucks and so many other locations I have noticed people sleeping on the sidewalk, people begging at traders joe and tents in the Creek. Is there anyone that can be called? Police? I was told that Walnut Creek has a homeless shelter opening in the downtown - think its called trinity.

    Not sure if this is the forum for my question but I don’t think WC wants me to call the police department every time I see a person sleeping on the sidewalk
