A dark blue Ford F150 truck (plate not visible) with a large trailer (no plate) has been in front of this house on the cul-de-sac section of the street for over a year. We never have seen it move. They have mattresses removed from their trailers behind this rental house in the trailer that have been there for weeks, rain soaked by now. This truck and trailer keeps anyone else from parking near there (three car spaces) and means their trailer tenants park on the corner, around the corner and in front of others' homes.

Very uneven, dangerous sidewalks between this address and 116th SE and also east of this address. There is only sidewalk along one side of this street and there are many dips and rises in it. It needs to be evened out in many places in this stretch before someone falls and is hurt. This is also where the city recently planted trees. - It seems that tree crews might have mentioned this but perhaps did not.

At the SW corner of Benson Rd & Puget Dr around the manhole cover some of the paving material is missing around it in a way that if anyone drives over it, it creates the effect of a pothole. We always need to steer far right before merging onto Benson from Talbot to avoid this While you are repairing the enlarging pothole/s at 108th St SE and S 116th Ave during the warmer weather, please repair this also.

Traffic signals leading into and out of Coulon Park at this location are far too long in waiting time, particularly on evenings and weekends. The office buildings are not full, the hotel is not at capacity and people wanting to enter the park or exit the park from its south end, in particular, are forced to wait an inordinate amount of time to do so when no or next to no cross traffic exists. Please reduce the amount of stopping time. This would also help the environment by preventing unnecessary idling.

Slippery wooden walkway - We were at the park yesterday, a dry day. The first part of the wooden bridge from the park walkway to the T wooden section with two benches at around 3/4 of the way north in the park was very slippery with moss or algae or ??. This is the next structure north of the walkway that was replaced with the historical marker where there are old pilings. It needs to be power washed, to have grating applied or have something safe put down so people don't slip.

Wad of cigarette butts and plastic dumped on storm drain grating! - Disgusting!

A lot of trash including furniture along this section of road between Puget Dr & the park

Have pic of more near the power substation, but this seems to only allow one.

Across from the address listed and along this entire stretch of ditch there is a lot of debris and also invasive and fast-growing plants and future trees, like this faux bamboo which grows rapidly and takes over, and other plants that do, as well. Please trim along this area between SE 164th? and SE 168th and remove the trash. Now that school is out, hopefully there will be less debris there.

Across the street from this address beside the large black bamboo at the location one of the sidewalk panels is very raised and dangerous. It's probably at least 1.5". This needs to be corrected before someone out walking falls and injures themself.

Also, the bamboo being so close to the sidewalk is not going to help it maintain integrity.

Sidewalk near this corner very sunken and dangerous for walking.

This car has been sitting in the street like this for weeks. This is just down the street from another car reported abandoned by another citizen yesterday, so you could check both in the same visit.

Also there's a deeper pothole on S. 3rd Pl just beyond the McLendon Hardware parking lot north end driveway that really needs repair ASAP.

In two places along the south side of SE 168th across from the address listed and near 113th St. someone dropped shopping bags with trash in the last two weeks. These were run over and the trash is now scattered near the bags. Neighbors along this stretch of street have not removed it. Please end this blight along this arterial street and remove the litter.

At the intersection of SE 170th Pl & SE 168th St there has been a gray upholstered arm chair sitting for weeks facing NW. Now, of course, it must be soaked with rain. Please send someone to remove it to the landfill. Thank you!

Blocked Sidewalk. The sidewalk in front of this residence is blocked to walkers. First it had a lot of tree debris and moss covering the sidewalk, then English ivy has grown over the sidewalk. Now they have a basketball net ON the sidewalk near their driveway! The residents are renters and neither they nor the owners have done anything to clear the sidewalk in well over two years. The basketball net has appeared within the last two months or so.
  • 16507 120th Ave Se Renton, WA, 98058, USA - Cascade-Fairwood

This is an ongoing problem for more than two years, with no action taken after a prior report. The dog owners live at the address listed. There is constant feces from their large dog on the sidewalk near shrubs between their yard and their neighbors' yard around the corner at 11917 SE 165TH ST 98058. The dog owners occasionally clean it from the sidewalk outside their yard (where the dog should never be allowed to defecate in the first place,) but neither neighbor ever removes it from the sidewalk near the trees/shrubs that come very close to the sidewalk.

Walkers are put in harms way by needing to walk in the street near these households to avoid the dog feces on the sidewalks. Because of dangerous, barking dogs on the other side of the street, people also cannot simply walk on that side of SE 165th all the way down the street. We want the dog owners and other property owners spoken to and/or cited; whatever needs to happen to end this public health hazard, water polluting waste, and endangerment of neighbors who need to walk in the street rather than using the public sidewalk they paid for via their taxes.

This has been reported previously. Nothing was done or no result came from dog owner contact. Please act on this ASAP.

This is again a real and growing eyesore along a major roadway in our community. The litter, piles of clothing and other debris seem to grow by the day in front of this already graffiti-scarred building. Please encourage the owners ASAP to have the debris removed, the entire front entry fenced off, and to ensure that no one is currently squatting in the building, as reported by neighbors near there on social media over a month ago.

Thank you. This does not present a positive image of our community and busy business corridor.
