    [Reopening] There is significant buildup of dumped/littered plastic debris and a flooded (most likely abandoned) tent encampment between the skatepark and the river. I have observed the conditions at this location getting worse and worse for a few months. I would like the parks department to remove the debris and tent.

    NOTE: I opened this ticket a month ago and it was assigned to a homeless service coordinator who then closed the ticket. The issue was NOT resolved and the debris remains in the same location.
