Mad Nice valet parking blocking bike lane on a daily basis. Making it unsafe for pedestrians and cyclists as the weather is getting nicer and more people are outside.

THE RESIDENTS AT THIS LISTED ADDRESS IS HAVING SMELLY COMPOSE AT THE VACANT LOTS ALONG TEMPLE STREET AND LOOKS LIKE A HOT MESS. PLUS THEY ALSO DUMP AT THE OTHER END OF THEIR STREET ON THE VACANT LOT NEXT TO THE SCHOOL VARIOUS TYPES OF DEBRIS FOR THEIR FARM AND GARDEN AREAS

I discovered the spray paint on this business two weeks ago when I visited the neighboring Boston Market. The employees at Boston Market explained the spray paint has been on the building for over three months. As you can see from the pictures what has been spray painted on the building is politically charged.

After seeing this I reached out to the manager of the complex, Marcel Pearl, by phone and email. He responded and said the owners do not know how to remove the graffiti and do not have a date in mind as to when it will be removed. The presence of this spray paint defacing images of black people only strengths the present political divides in our country and community. I hope that a blight violation from the City will motivate the business to respect the community it is in and remove the spray paint immediately. As my communications have been unsuccessful.

Front door replaced with white door. Since they didn't seek approval for the windows and the door color doesn't match any trim I thought it should be checked.

The bike line headed West on Lafayette Street is usually blocked by cars using it as a turn lane. I ride my bike every day to work and I have to bike in the car lane or wait behind cars in the bike line who are turning right onto Chrysler. Despite road painting and a "share the road" sign, cars use the bike lane as a turn lane. Further down the road there are dividers in the bike lane, shielding bikers and blocking cars from entering. I would love to see these dividers added to this stretch of road to keep cars out of the bike lane.

There have been several accidents, in some cases, hit and runs, occurring at the stretch of Second St & Selden/Alexandrine/Willis.

Vacant Property has extreme tall grass and weeds surrounding the front, driveway and rear property. Window panes are filthy from the outside. Debris in the windows. Smells coming from the home.
