A car parked on the street was pushed onto the sidewalk by another car, taking down a mature tree. Both the car and tree are blocking the sidewalk and there is car debris in the street.
This is ACROSS THE STREET FROM A SCHOOL, melrose academy.

Same individual as reported at 2812 Best Ave for zoning violations, blight, parking violations, squatting, animal abuse and who was evicted by police is now at 2841 Kingsland continuing zoning violations, unpermitted construction, hoarding, overgrown vegetation, rodent infestation. None of this is new and more than one property is involved. Elderly neighbors on both sides are intimidated and oppressed by this person. Massive hoarding, code violations, rodent and mosquito vectors ongoing. Severe fire hazard. PG&E cut off, no power in the house, broken doors and windows. Issues have been ongoing and unaddressed for years, individual has been living at 2182 Best until evicted, now back in this house. Please review past reports and act.

Pothole has been getting bigger and BIGGER over the last several months It's been reported since June 2023 Please address asap it's a hazard for all vehicles driving this narrow road

Over one year ago Kingsland Avenue was re-paved from Birdsall Avenue down to this circle at Virginia Avenue. The restriping afterwards was done very poorly and needs to be redone. The second photo showing the yellow striping as a "Y" and the painted white "Stop" line is only as wide as the outer right edge of the circle, which are correct. Currently, the white line in front of the painted "stop" on the street is far too wide now and the yellow striping is very bad now-the yellow "Y" striping should be as wide as the circle. The purpose of the striping isfor peopleto go around the circle and the lines should follow theNorth/South edgesr of the circle. Please fix this. This pothole in front of 2745 Rawson St, Oakland 94619 is so deep and can create serious damage to vehicles not familiar with it. We've only been living on this street for 4 months, but have already seen it get bigger and deeper.

Sidewalks near a church and residences are hazardous for disabled individuals due to the roots of city-owned trees pushing up the concrete.

A pothole in my street directly in front of my house has been growing for months and it is kicking rocks up into any car parked near by when one drives by.
