    There are several large commercial signs facing the street at Mountain Gap Elementary (attached image) along Versailles Drive SE. The signs are unsightly in a residential area and in my opinion should be prohibited. I believe that they were posted to make money for the school. I can see signs on the inside of a school ballfield but not outward facing signs along a residential street.

    The local city has removed a dirty molded fence from the back yard. The request to build a new fence next door to a homeowner is denied. the condition of the building is unsafe. these people were evicted with heat by the city police. These people are homeless do not have utilities or running water. this is a complaint against the request for a new fence. These are not the owners of the home. It is vacant. request for the department of heath and welfare to investigate. The back yard is not clean.Has a pool with a black cover. the pool has hazardous waste. The complaint is there is no permit to build. Car tags are Al7857AJO AL7857AJ1. Grey Lincoln Red Toyota Truck parked at location. These people were disturbing the peace at 525 am. The police were called. The pool is with infected waste.

    This residence has a fence not approved by the historic commission. They have been directed to remove it but the fence remains. A previous See Click Fix report for this same violation was closed saying the residents said they would remove it. That was over 4 months ago. Another response saying the fence has been removed is wrong.

    While I commend the city for their attempts at ADA compliance on the sidewalks of Five Points, what we are left with is decidedly worse. Throughout the neighborhood are gravel filled trenches in what was formerly asphalt pavement. I have watched children on bicycles forced to go out into the streets, and mothers with baby carriages unable to get across the debris. This cannot possible be ADA compliant. I can only assume the city intends to repave these areas. Thank you

    There have been several loud noises since 6 am this morning. the noise is coming from the back yard. There seems to be sound equipment. AL7857AJO AL7857AJ1. red Toyota Truck Grey Lincoln Navigater. The resident request information on the owner of 1808 Stevens Drive,Huntsville Alabama 35801. the request is to file a restraining order. The short man with white hair was trespassing in the neighbors yard.

    Tate Services dumpster in the city right of way. Clear violation of city laws and ordinances. There have already been two tickets put in for this neighborhood, one for this same address, that were closed but violation continues to occur. I propose that someone from the city Contact Tate Services and inform them of the ordinance violation. Tell them that if the dumpster isn't moved within 48 hours that it will be towed away at the company's expense. Inform them that future violations will result in fines.

    Since kroger has added the gas station and repaved the back of the parking lot and turned this old entrance/exit into now an exit ONLY, there need to be signs added. almost been hit multiple times from people coming in when I'm going out. it's only one lane now so it's dangerous to change it with no signage to cars on Logan. signs need to be added

    City had a water leak ON THEIR SIDE and had to come dig up meter and repair it. They left a BIG MESS, unable to cut the yard where they repaired. They need to fill in and smooth out that area. Leave it as they found it, NOT the HORRIBLE MESS that was left! Thank you

    Traffic travelling west on Pratt is forced to merge suddenly as it crosses Andrew Jackson Way. I recommend making the right lane of Pratt in front of Hardees be a right turn only until the water main work is complete and Pratt can be restored to two lanes each way.

    Builder was blocking the alley making with his trucks while pouring a slab to do an additional to the house. He got smart with me until I said I was going to report him to the city. Then he moved them. But I asked him about his permit because I don't recall this request through the historic commission. He got very nervous and told me "go ahead, you'll regret it".
    There us no building permit posted but they are laying concrete for the slab right now.
