    Trying to make a legal left turn from K Street to 9th Street NW during rush hour is impossible. The oncoming traffic does not stop on yellow and go through reds, leaving those trying to turn left in the middle of the intersection. A left turn signal would make this intersection safer for drivers and pedestrains.
