Just a community neighborhood that needs to have an eye kept on them so crime, loud noise, drugs, people not cleaning up after their pets, or their garbage and things of that nature that people should be responsible for and aren't, could be held accountable in the neighborhood the proper authorities could be notified

    Church across the street is blasting music and has every door open. The music can be heard all through my apartment and all throughout the block. This happens several times a week and is incredibly disruptive. I have video evidence if needed.

    This woman sits on her front stoop the majority of the day and just shouts at the top of her lungs. Sometimes she shouts for people, sometimes she screams at those people, and the majority of the time she just screams and moans for help. She wants somebody to call 9-1-1, call the paramedics, because she's very sick or she can't breathe or she just needs help, the story honestly changes from day-to-day. I've literally been woken up at 4:30 in the morning by her screaming from her front stoop.

    Since I've moved into my residence at the end of the next street over, the last week of August, I've seen the paramedics and fire truck at her residence 14 times. I've even seen them there twice in one day!

    What she's doing is very disconcerting and unnerving, listening to somebody scream for help for hours on end can do a number on a persons psychy. Even worse, there are young children who live across the street, and they listen to this terror at an even hirer volume than I do.

    It's gotten to the point where I need to wear noise cancelling headphones when I am home because of the screaming. Please make it stop.
