    every night this commercial vehicle Parks illegally on residential property in seaside village. He has destroyed nearly a full block of grass and groomed landscaping!! He usually parks up against, in front of, or on top of "No Parking" signs on the grass of the community, can we please do something about this habitual violator?!!

    The city Hired “Gpic construction” to repair sidewalks in seaside village. A few months ago Gpic left a huge slab of concrete in the grass in front of the unit. I have tripped over this once already. I am very concerned about an elderly person or anyone else tripping over this solid slab of concrete. Can you please have them remove this dangerous hazard. We were promised that it would be removed by the company but they have not returned. This has been here for months already.

    Seaside Village, which encompasses Sims, Alsace, Flanders, Cole, Burnham, etc. there are numerous curbs that are completely worn down and are at the street level, meaning there is no curb at all. We are trying to maintain our grass near the curbs and not have people park on top of the grass, and which I imagine is not legal, but it is difficult to keep people from parking on the grass because there is no curb to prevent it. This is a city issue as we do take care and maintain our grounds individually and as a community. But the parking on the grass seems to be getting worse and worse and it would be much easier and aesthetically pleasing with the curbs as a deterrent.

    Black Chevy Impala with expired temporary plates has been parked in front of 10-14 Sims Street in Seaside Village for over a month.

    We have a tree in Flanders Street in Seaside Village that is sick, constantly dripping sap and has large branches with deep holes. The tree is also precariously close to electric lines and again needs to come down. We want this small tree to be taken down, and a new one planted. The Seaside Village Co-op board is aware of this request and support the tree being removed. Please contact myself or the property manager about arranging a time to come and remove the tree.

    As stated in a previous post this morning, the curbs are worn down and in some areas completely non-existent in Seaside Village; Sims, Flanders, Alsace, Cole and Burnham Streets. We are trying to maintain the grass between the sidewalk and the street and prevent people from ruining it by parking on top of it and trucks mowing over it without care for our neighborhood. This is a city issue and we hope to have it addressed. Our curbs need to be rebuilt and we would appreciate your consideration in this matter. Thank you very much.

    To whom it may concern,

    There are various cars and motorcycles who like to speed down this road (they try to see how fast their cars will go and will race other cars/motorcycles) until they reach the end of the street and head into Seaside Park.

    Various cats and wildlife are found dead on South Avenue (road kill).

    Also, car alarms go off from the motorcycles and the cars driving so fast that the noise of the car’s engines and vibrations trigger the alarms of the cars parked on the street.

    I don’t feel safe getting out of my own car. There is ONLY street parking on this road for the residents (including myself).

    Yes there have been accidents on this street and I frequently see people passing the red light at the intersection of Iranistan Ave at high speeds.

    Can you please consider placing speed bumps on this road or place a police officer here to monitor everyday.

    We live very close to South Avenue and people speed by all the time. Can you please add speed bumps along this road to slow the traffic? It's especially bad in the summer with Seaside park, but a year-round problem.
