Your plows completely blocked the storm drain next to my home. My property is flooding due to this problem. It needs to be removed immediately. The flood drainage runs right along the front of my driveway and the plows placed 4-6 feet of snow in my driveway as well, completely blocking any possible point of egress. You've trapped me in my home and we currently have 6 inches of water draining toward my home instead of along the channels.

We need this road plowed. I'm a first responder living full time with my wife and two little children that need freedom of movement. Our family is losing income that we need to pay our bills and the taxes that have increased for this year. We have neighbors here who are stranded while their homes are compromised by the snow.

Berne Dr in Crestline has not been plowed since Friday mid day. It is now Monday 2:10pm. It is impossible to leave my home to get food, medicine etc.

This car has been parked/abandoned here for over 6 months

Geneva lane has not been snow plowed since early Friday, it is now 4:30 on Monday. We have almost 3 ft of snow on the road. With more snow coming. We are stuck and can’t drive out. This is a county maintained road, please send snow plows

Abandoned cars. Blue jeep and a red truck parked on the street for a very long time. The jeep has been there forever, has no engine so I assume it does not run. The truck is a recent addition Please have them moved so they don't pose threat to traffic and don't interfere with street cleaning Thank you ....

Date & Arden- Multiple- Huge pot holes at stop sign.

Eastbound Date St. needs to be completely resurfaced. Patch work does not hold up. Very dangerous.

All of lake drive from 138 to lake Gregory Dr has pot holes

multiple irrigation leaks along the east side of the sidewalk on oaks Ave. leading to lots of water onto street.

Can something be done about a couple of houses on Ramona with trash stacked all over? They are almost across the street from each other. The worst one is on the east side and the address is 12295. They have been stacking garbage in their front yard for a couple of years, but now it is totally out of control, and almost all the way to the sidewalk, it is stacked up about 4 foot tall as well in their driveway and in through their side yard. Also, if you look on Google maps, there is garbage all over their backyard. I drive and walk by there periodically and I’ve seen rats running through the garbage in the front yard.

The backyard of the barn house has piles of tree trimmings (mulch)eand it looks like a fire hazard. There is a tree company that comes in every so often and dumps there
