    The new owner of this residential lot, zoned R-1D in the SE Heights Neighborhood Association has no plans to build a home on the site anytime soon, AND plans to use the vacant lot for a "dog agility training class" that the owner is involved with. This is not a commercial property. They have also connected city water and sewer line to their shed and have a toilet installed inside of this shed, so since when are you allowed to have a portable building with a toilet and no other residentialk structure on site. Storage sheds and portable buildings like this are only allowed when they are in the yard of a residence, not when they are erected without a residence. On top of that, this is not a commercial district and the neighborhood strongly opposes whatever dog agility program they intend to operate there.

    Please see attached photo of zoning violation. Our next door neighbor at the listed address has 2 (two) broken down vehicles and 2 (two) broken down trailers parked in the front yard in violation of:
    14-16-5-5(F) PARKING LOCATION AND DESIGN Front yard parking is not a permissible use in a residential zone. To resolve the front yard parking violation move the vehicle, trailer or recreational vehicle to an approved parking location such as a driveway, garage or code approved parking pad.

    The two trucks are full of garbage, are inoperable, have flat tires and no registration. The two junk trailers also have flat tires, no registration and are inoperable.

    Please assist with this zoning violation which has been reported multiple times and nothing was done with the NOV.

    The small CABQ park is over run with PILES of vagrant garbage and “structures”. This is directly CAUSED by the failed policies and practices of ACS. ACS is causing these problems by enabling the vagrant trash people.
    You caused the distraction ACS, now how about you clear the park?!

    Parked on ROSS side of listed address.
    Please see photo of RV parked on the Ross side of our house for over a month. As shown in photo, the registration expired over a year ago. No one is in it and none of our neighbors know who it belongs to. It has been abandoned.

    PLEASE cite this vehicle for expired registration and PLEASE red tag as it has been abandoned for over a month.
