    Fire extinguisher needs to be replaced (no charge) by outdoor kitchen. Also, there are all kinds of weeds in the grass (around tennis court) and sticks/pinecones in the straw beds (near playground) of the common areas. You'd be quick to send me a letter about these same issues and my yard looks better than these areas!
