That sidewalk is reserved for emergency vehicles only and not to park so you can be closer to your apartment. It's also a hazard for people who need to walk around the complex.

    He lives in apartment I (indigo) 203. The complex owners and managers know about this and refuse to do anything about it.All these cases I mean.
