The fence around city property at 1625 Capital Blvd (where I believe the Pigeon House branch is under restoration) has been cut and a number of cars are lining the property.

Abandon car. All these trash can remain like this. Never changing. The grass has not been mowed and there is usually trash all over the ground in this area. This group of condos have turned into a slum area.

Portable storage unit blocking road for over a month now

There is a abandoned Nissan Sentra on 100 E Jones St on the leftside of the road near Human resources building. The plate number is KCN3975 and the color is gold.

Possible expired tags or no license plate.

Older model Nissan Maxima, burgundy in color. Tires going flat. Expired tag 12/2023. Vehicle has not moved in several months. City has put a sticker on the window but all the resident has done is inflate the tires, and they are going flat again. Last time this request was filed, it was "assigned", RPD said vehicle was moved (it wasn't) and request closed. This vehicle has been sitting on the street, not moved, with expired tags for close to 6 months not and nothing has been done. Please deal with this, we're tired of looking at it.
