Lights from at the tollway aren't synced properly. It's taking 30 minutes to get through because the moment vehicles move going west, the lights are red and the extra space is filled with cars from the tollway. It's a nightmare.

Hi Regina,
Can you tell me what time of day you notice this problem? Morning rush hour, evening rush hour, or some other time of day? The lights have different timing sequences at different times of day.
