Description

This address is a repeated violator of not sorting their trash & recycling. They consistently use the blue toters for garbage and Public Works consistently does not pick them up. Today is our pick up day and these blue toters are left curbside overflowing with garbage. There are not enough brown toters at this address but neither the tenants nor property owners will call to request more brown toters. Please have them cited again and perhaps mandate the property owners to have private trash removal services.
