Description

On the Florence Street sidewalk just north of the intersection with West Lenoir, the cable (1 of 2) running from the utility pole to the ground crosses the path of the sidewalk. See photo.
I reported this more than a month ago, and the response was that Time Warner would fix it. It has not been fixed. Reopening was not an option because the issue was archived.
