We are familiar with these trailers. We had at one time in the past removed the graffiti from them with the owner’s permission. The owner was not pleased with the result as our procedure for removal is to use a chemical which strips all the paint. The owner will refuse to give us permission to do any more work there. The owner is responsible to take care of this. You may wish to follow up with them directly. There is not much more we can do.
