Homeowner constantly parks on lawn and front yard. As seen in picture there is always large amounts of junk in yard. Tire tracks across front yard. It’s been seen multiple times about complaints on here but nothing seems to be done. House is an eye sore and looks like a junk yard especially when all the work trucks are in it. Also when it rains the vehicles for what appear to be a landscaping business drag karges amounts of rocks and mud throughout the street. Is always a mess on that end of street.
