Thanks for reporting this issue! Public Works Engineering is aware of the problems on Kathy Ellen Drive. The City of Vallejo has created a list of streets that have a need for roadway repair. This list will be prioritized based on the severity of damage, cost to repair, and other factors. The City of Vallejo will do its best to accommodate all public needs but we ask for your patience as we are limited by funding. Currently 56% of the City's pavements are in poor condition. It would take about 361 million dollars to fix these streets and we are currently receiving about 4 million per year.

As expected, the street condition has worsened. Now it is a “kind of crusty” mess.
In addition, somebody decided to add color to the mess with a light blue graffiti.
