Description

On Borges Lane between Nicole Way and Adele Street there are several plastic bags piled up behind the sidewalk. This is directly across the street from the open space area. Also further down on Borges between Vanessa and Alesia there is some junk just off the sidewalk. These items in both locations were there as of Friday.
